Last month the Children’s Commissioner for England, Rachel de Souza, launched The Big Ask survey.

The Big Ask Survey is the largest ever survey of young children in England, aged 4-17 years old, which allows their opinions to be heard by the government. The survey gives children a chance to have their say on things that concern them.

The views and experiences children share through The Big Ask will help the government to shape the forthcoming Childhood Commission, which sets out plans that ensure children are the heart of rebuilding following the pandemic.

To ensure that everyone has a chance to have their say, the deadline for The Big Ask Survey has been extended to 28 May 2021. They are specifically keen for primary school children to take part to ensure even the youngest of voices are heard.

We encourage everyone to visit thebigask.uk to find out more about The Big Ask Survey and encourage students to have their say and be heard.
