To minimise the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on student’s learning, Northern Education Trust launched a series of after-school Masterclasses in November 2020, covering a broad range of subjects.

The Masterclasses are running remotely, from 4:30pm until 5:30pm every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday until the end of the academic year, and are available to all secondary school students across the Trust.  The classes aim to ensure students are able to catch-up on their knowledge in all subjects, to ensure they make the best possible progress going forward.

The Masterclasses are designed to cover a variety of topics and modules across the full curriculum. Subjects covered include English, Maths, Science, History, Geography, Computer Science and Art on a three-week cyclical timetable.  To keep up to date with the week by week Masterclass timetable, keep an eye on our social media where you can find out what subjects and topics are covered on particular days.
