We have worked in partnership with Educate Teacher Training for over ten years and strive to ensure that our teacher training programme is tailored to best develop you in your training year. Educate Teacher Training will provide you with excellent training and will support your transition into a successful teaching career.
School Direct:
In partnership with Educate Teacher Training and Leeds Beckett University, we offer a School Direct programme that is designed to develop and support you to be the best teacher you can be. All of our courses result in a PGCE and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

Assessment Only Route (available to current Northern Education Trust employees):
Achieving Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) by the Assessment Only Route takes no longer than one term (three calendar months). Candidates, with the support of their academy, present a portfolio of evidence from their past and current teaching experience which is assessed against the Teachers’ Standards.
